30-DAY HASSLE-FREE RETURNS
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, and with no scratches.

It must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.

You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.
HOW TO START A RETURN

Contact Us: Email your order number to actjoys@outlook.com.

Get Instructions: If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label (if applicable) and the return address.

Ship It: Pack the item securely. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Get Refunded: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you and issue the refund immediately to your original payment method.
Note: Unless the return is due to a quality issue, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
DAMAGES & QUALITY ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, skip the formal return steps and:

Email us a photo of the issue at actjoys@outlook.com.

We will evaluate the issue and send you a replacement for free immediately.
EXCHANGES
Love the link but want a different charm? The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We cannot accept returns on:

Customized products (such as special orders or personalized engraved items).
