Q: What is the material of the ACTJOYS bracelet? A: Every ACTJOYS module is crafted from solid 316L Stainless Steel. This is medical-grade steel that is highly durable, waterproof, and won't tarnish over time.
Q: Will it turn my skin green? A: Absolutely not. Our 316L surgical-grade steel is hypoallergenic and lead-free. It is designed to be skin-friendly and will never oxidize or discolor your skin.
Q: Is the bracelet elastic? A: No. Unlike cheap charm bracelets that use elastic strings, ACTJOYS uses a solid steel modular system with our Patented Slide-Clasp. This provides a more premium feel, greater durability, and a secure fit.
2. SIZING & ADJUSTMENT
Q: How many links come in a standard bracelet? A: A standard ACTJOYS bracelet consists of exactly 20 modules, which fits most adult wrists perfectly.
Q: Is the size adjustable? A: Yes! That is the beauty of our modular design. You can easily add or remove links to create your perfect fit. If you need a larger size, you can purchase individual links to extend your bracelet.
Q: How do I add or remove links? A: Our Patented Slide-Clasp mechanism allows you to slide the links together or apart without needing any specialized tools. It’s simple, secure, and intuitive.
3. SHIPPING & ORDERS
Q: How long does shipping take to the United States? A: We use premium express shipping. Orders to the US typically arrive within 5-10 business days after processing.
