SHIPMENT & TRACKING

Once your order is successfully placed, it will be forwarded to our fulfillment team. You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number as soon as your package is dispatched, allowing you to monitor its journey.

PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIMES

We strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Orders are processed Monday through Friday.

  • Processing Time: Most orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business days.

  • Delivery Time: Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Standard delivery typically takes 5-10 business days once the order has been dispatched.

SHIPPING COSTS

We aim to provide straightforward shipping options:

  • Domestic Shipping: Free standard shipping on all orders over $79.00 USD. For orders under this amount, a flat-rate shipping fee will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • International Shipping: Shipping rates and delivery estimates for international destinations are calculated dynamically at checkout based on the delivery address.

  • Customs, Duties & Taxes: For international orders, all applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.

ORDER MODIFICATIONS & INCORRECT ADDRESSES

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before finalizing your order. If you need to make changes, contact our support team immediately. We cannot guarantee address modifications once an order has entered the processing stage.
